Devlin Mechanical have been awarded the mechanical services subcontract for the refurbishment of Lancashire House, Belfast. This 8 storey office building will become the new Linen Hotel, forming an extension to the existing luxury boutique hotel Ten Square. Scope: Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Dry Riser Installations.
